Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Chase Cassine, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist committed to creating a safe, affirming space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and other challenges that may leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. You do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive. We can sort through things together at your pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, compassionate, and culturally responsive, honoring your story, identities, and lived experiences. I focus on helping you gain insight, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward change, both emotionally and practically. Together we will create a supportive space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your emotional well being, and move toward the life you want to live with more clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, conversational space where you can share your story at your own pace, without pressure. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain from our work, and any patterns or challenges affecting your well being right now. I will answer your questions about therapy and my style. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.
