Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Chase Cassine, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist committed to creating a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and other challenges that may leave them feeling overwhelmed or stuck.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, compassionate, and culturally responsive, while also helping clients gain insight, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward change. Together, we’ll create a supportive space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your emotional well-being, and move toward the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, conversational space where you can share your story at your own pace. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain from our work together, and any challenges or patterns affecting your well-being. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction for how we can move forward together.
