Great to meet you!

Hello,

My name is Chase Klingshirn and I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision designation. I have ten years of experience in the mental health, marriage and family therapy, and addiction field. I enjoy taking on all types of challenges, including anxiety, depression, other mental health disorders, relationships, family issues, anger management, and substance use disorders.

My approach to therapy

I have a very informal and approachable style. I feel that I work well with various personalities and learning types. I will push as hard or as little as requested and understand that it is sometimes most important to have someone that just listens. I enjoy being just a small part of a person realizing and believing that they are capable of more than they previously thought possible.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be focused on understanding the person and the challenges they are facing. As much as I love to get right to work it is most important to fully understand the person and problems and then build out a comprehensive road map. My therapy approach has three stages: the exploratory, educational, and execution stage.
