Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Counselor with several years of experience guiding individuals through life's challenges. I primarily work with adult women, young adults and teens/adolescents. During our first session we will quickly review confidentiality and policies and then spend time getting acquainted, learning what has brought you to therapy, and developing your goals for therapy.

My approach to therapy

In my counseling approach, I pull from different styles of therapy to make sure that each session we spend together is tailored to what you need. I believe we were created for connection and expression, and therapy is simply a safe space to do that. Allow me to walk beside you on your journey to find hope and healing.

What you can expect from me

As your therapist, I will provide a non-judgmental, supportive, and safe environment where you can experience God’s love, grace, and mercy to aid in growth and healing throughout your journey. Throughout our time together, I will support you in implementing positive changes in your life that will promote lasting healing and growth. We will work to identify emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior, and explore new opportunities to grow and move forward.
