Great to meet you!

Helping adults manage focus, motivation, and emotional balance — through holistic psychiatric care combining therapy and medication management.

-I work with individuals who feel overstimulated, overwhelmed, stressed or stuck in cycles of burnout — especially high-achieving professionals, women balancing multiple roles, and those navigating identity or performance challenges.

-I help adults manage focus, motivation, and emotional balance — especially those experiencing stress, burnout, or life transitions

-My approach blends evidence-based psychiatry with a human, coaching-oriented style counseling. My goal is to create a space that feels collaborative, empowering, and culturally aware; A place where we can explore what’s holding you back and help you thrive with clarity and confidence.

-If you’re ready to feel more balanced and focused, I’d love to support you on that journey.

My approach to therapy

-I believe in a balanced approach that integrates medication management with lifestyle and behavioral strategies. I emphasize education, empowerment, and helping clients build insight into their patterns so they can develop sustainable habits for emotional and mental well-being.

-My sessions are conversational and collaborative. We’ll work together to identify what’s most important to you, whether that’s focus, sleep, balance, or confidence, and create a personalized plan that fits your goals

What you can expect from me

-I am known for my empathy and warmth. Our first session is focused on understanding your story, what’s been challenging, what’s been helping, and what you hope to change. We’ll discuss in depth your background, current concerns, and goals.

-You’ll leave the session with an understanding of your options and what ongoing care could look like and medications if you choose to take that route.
