Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Chastety (Chas) Ivaniuk, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a bilingual English/Spanish therapist. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston University and a Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

With years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families, I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, addiction, parenting, and relationship concerns.

My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s difficulties and reconnect with your sense of purpose and inner strength.

My approach to therapy

In a world that moves fast and often challenges us to evolve and rediscover our purpose, I strive to offer a space where you can pause, reflect, and heal at your own pace. My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep belief that every person’s journey deserves to be honored and supported.

As a Certified Trauma Professional with certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I integrate a range of evidence-based practices—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and Strength-Based Therapy. This allows me to tailor the therapeutic experience to meet your specific needs, values, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about connection, comfort, and collaboration. We’ll take the time to explore what brings you to therapy and begin identifying what you hope to gain from your healing journey. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about the therapy process and share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to have it all figured out.

Together, we’ll begin laying the foundation for a therapeutic relationship built on trust, understanding, and respect. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered from the very beginning.
