My name is Chastity Munoz and I am a LPCC in the state of Kentucky. I graduated from Lindsey Wilson College in 2015 with a Master's of Education in Counseling and Human Development. I have worked with clients from 3 years to 75 years of age. I have worked with clients with depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, and stress.
My style of counseling is client centered, empathetic and collaborative. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy which includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I evaluate each client and utilize what is best for the client and his/her needs.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where the client can feel comfortable sharing information. I will utilize the first session to get to know my client and allow him/her to also get to know me.
