Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship challenges, chronic illness, or a major life transition? You don't have to navigate it alone. As both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Nurse, I provide a unique perspective that recognizes how closely emotional and physical health are connected. My experience in both fields allows me to support clients with compassion, practical insight, and an understanding of the real-life challenges that come with illness, recovery, caregiving, burnout, and major life changes. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, family conflict, stress, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to reconnect with your strengths and move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a place where you don't have to pretend you're okay. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building skills that help you feel calmer, more confident, and more connected in your daily life. My goal is for you to leave each session with greater insight and tools that help you:

  • feel calmer
  • communicate more effectively
  • establish healthier boundaries
  • build resilience
  • regain confidence
  • improve relationships
  • manage stress more effectively

What you can expect from me

Many people feel nervous before their first therapy session, especially if they've never been to therapy before. There's no expectation that you'll have everything figured out. Our first session is simply a conversation about what's bringing you to therapy, what you'd like to change, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we'll develop a plan that's tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace. My role is to provide guidance, support, and practical tools while creating a space where you feel respected, understood, and comfortable being yourself. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or looking to make lasting changes, we'll work together to help you build a life that feels healthier, more balanced, and more fulfilling. Seeking support is a courageous first step, and I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
