Great to meet you!

I’m warm, solution-focused, and unapologetically authentic—with just enough edge to keep it real. I’ve been told I’m pretty funny too, so expect some laughs along the way. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating a range of life situations and transitions.

My practice includes but is not limited to individuals who may be experiencing trauma, exploring identity, or struggling with confidence and motivation, which can show up in various ways such as feelings of overwhelm, stress, sadness, anger, or other intense emotions.

My approach to therapy

My intention is simple: to support you in navigating your pain, your challenge, your barrier.

So, whatever brings you to care, know this, I won’t lie to you, or co-sign on things that you tell yourself that are not true. What I will do is lift up what you’re not saying, what you’re avoiding, or what may not be in your awareness yet. Why? Because the only way out is through.

The good news? You don’t have to do it alone. We are in this collaborative process together, and you have support every step of the way. Use the tools, show up honestly, and together we’ll work toward creating conditions for you to live your best life and thrive - mind, body, and spirit.

Drawing from community defined, and evidence-based practices, I aim to empower clients to develop resilience, self-love, and meaningful strategies for personal transformation. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your individual needs and strengths.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, I'd like to listen and connect. Holding space to hear from you what's top of mind and what you want to accomplish from our time together.

You can expect me to be engage in deep listening and also to share with you how and why I show up to do this work with you.

Together, we will begin to chart our path forward.
