Great to meet you!

Are you a woman or a couple struggling with the deep impact of trauma, anxiety, or relationship stress? Do you hear that voice saying, "I'm not good enough; I don’t deserve happiness"? I want you to know those ingrained beliefs aren't facts! They are coping mechanisms that are now keeping you stuck. They're often just patterns learned in old relationships. I help women and couples move past old habits towards safe attachment and acceptance within. You have untapped inner strengths, and you absolutely can go from just coping to thriving and living a full-hearted life.

My approach to therapy

Together we'll set goals, allowing us to resolve and release trauma by increasing awareness of how the body holds it using somatic (body grounding) skills. You'll develop a felt sense of safety, create control, and gain confidence in your own ability to navigate relationships and allow your pure essential self to safely be present, be seen, and integrated. I'm also trained in Cannabis Assisted Psychedelic Therapy, a very gentle way to release trauma and reconnect deeply with yourself.

What you can expect from me

Release yourself from the weight of the past. If you're ready to move from coping to thriving, visit my website to learn more about my trauma-informed approach or to book your 15 min inquiry session today. Let’s create a new secure capacity within you so you can move forward with control, clarity, and hope.
