Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling like you’re falling behind while everyone else seems to have it together, you’re not alone. Many of the adults I work with carry a loud inner critic, chronic anxiety, or a sense of exhaustion that makes even the simplest parts of life feel heavy. I believe deeply that none of us are meant to navigate these experiences in isolation. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s happening inside you, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been overshadowed by stress or survival mode.

My work is rooted in the belief that the past shows up in the present—not to define you, but to help us understand the patterns, fears, and emotional responses that shape your day‐to‐day life. Together, we explore these experiences with curiosity rather than judgment, creating room for clarity, healing, and change.

My approach to therapy

I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own experience.

My work goes beyond symptom management—I help my clients develop deeper self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a more grounded, empowered way of moving through life. I strive to create a space that is not only clinically sound, but also human, engaging, and supportive.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, I will take time to understand your story, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to change or improve.

Together, you will:

  • Identify patterns and core concerns
  • Clarify your goals for therapy
  • Begin building tools to support your growth

My approach is collaborative and empowering—designed to help you feel both supported and capable of meaningful change.
