Great to meet you!

I am so glad you're here! I help my clients learn to live life on their own terms. My biggest strength is helping clients see life through a different lens and discover themselves in new ways. Sometimes a fresh perspective or view can change the way you think and feel about a situation. I enjoy celebrating every win, big or small, that my clients have.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an eclectic theoretical approach to meet the needs of my clients, however my primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT focuses on the links between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe when people are cognizant of how their thoughts influence their feelings and behavior, they will be able to make the necessary changes in their thoughts to resolve problems.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to be heard and have a safe space to be honest with themselves without fear of judgement. I find that providing tasks to be completed outside of session helps clients stay motivated. I also like to interact with my clients and provide honest feedback if they desire.
