Our first session will be focused on obtaining their mental health history and a thorough understanding of their symptoms. I take a holistic approach, looking at the full picture of the potential stressors and triggers instead of treating the presenting symptoms. Typically, my patients leave their first session with lab work orders, medication instructions, and a list of therapists to establish care if needed
