Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with teens and adults, helping them navigate challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. I work especially well with individuals who are motivated to engage in the therapy process and create meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Brain spotting, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I am a therapist dedicated to creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. My approach is direct, compassionate and collaborative, helping individuals navigate challenges and difficulties with greater clarity and confidence. I believe therapy is not only about healing what feels difficult, but also about building resilience, self-understanding, and a stronger connection to yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust and understanding. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and any goals you may have, while also exploring relevant background information to better understand your experiences. We will also review what the therapy process may look like, including how we’ll work together and what you can expect moving forward.
