Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Chaya—an Ohio native, a Colorado resident of nine years, and a mom to three energetic kiddos. When I’m not in the office or cleaning up spilled water or food for the tenth time that day, I enjoy the slow, grounding process of baking sourdough, hiking Colorado’s mountain trails, and traveling to new parts of the world when the opportunity arises.

Building on over five years of experience working with children, young adults, and their families, I have seen firsthand the importance of cultivating a compassionate and authentic therapeutic relationship.

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach and integrate a wide variety of specialized skills and modalities to support each person’s unique journey. These include Trauma-Focused CBT, expressive arts and play-therapy–informed approaches for children and teens, CBT, EMDR, somatic interventions, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Whether you or your child are experiencing challenges, I am here to witness your story and gently guide your nervous system toward regulation- helping you feel more connected, grounded, and able to experience meaningful progress.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create and nurture a safe and supportive space with children, pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults-where they feel empowered to grow, heal, and build resilience. Through a holistic, mind–body, trauma-informed, and integrative approach, rooted in compassion and genuine human connection, we work together to discover strengths, goals, and move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session together, we'll get to know each other in a comfortable judgement-free space. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and any questions or concerns you might have. There's no pressure to share everything at once- we'll move at your pace! My goal is to listen, understand your experiences, and begin building a collaborative plan that feels supportive, practical, and aligned!
