I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have specialized training in play therapy and sand tray therapy. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, trauma, behavioral concerns, self-esteem difficulties, life transitions, and relationship issues.
My approach is tailored to each client's unique needs and integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and play-based interventions. For younger clients, I use developmentally appropriate techniques that help them express emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen confidence through play.
