Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Chayil, a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with a master’s degree in mental health counseling who helps teens and adults better understand themselves and the patterns that show up in their lives. My style is down-to-earth, curious, and conversational. Therapy with me will be founded on genuine connection and compassion.

My approach to therapy

I often help clients explore how past experiences shape how they think, feel, and relate to others today. I also bring in mindfulness and breathing techniques to strengthen the mind-body connection and ease stress.

You can expect thoughtful questions like, “How do you know this is true?” to help you see things from new perspectives. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, relationships, and traumatic experiences, and my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and free to be yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main goal is to help you feel comfortable and understood. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to get out of therapy, and start getting to know the patterns or themes that show up in your life. I ask thoughtful questions to help you reflect and gain insight, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out — this is a space for curiosity, honesty, and connection. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and a little more grounded.
