Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. For more than 9 years, I have worked with individuals from all backgrounds, with a focus on historically ignored and excluded populations experiencing anxiety, trauma, stress, and grief and loss. I am a Certified Trauma Professional and my dedication and passion for working with people from these populations comes from the spaces I hold as a Black gay man, a father, and a husband.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style is humor-infused, transparent and strengths-based.

Whether you're looking for support in dealing with a current challenge, seeking assistance to identify unhelpful existing patterns in relationships, navigating through low self-esteem and self-sabotaging thoughts and actions, or maybe you need help identifying what "it" is, I will work with you to break up those existing patterns and replace them with helpful ones.

What you can expect from our first session

With you as the leader, I will walk alongside you and offer tailored strategies and tools to support your well-being journey.
