Great to meet you!

Sometimes life feels heavier than it should. You may be carrying the weight of a painful experience, struggling with relationship challenges, grieving a loss, or trying to make sense of who you are while balancing everyone else's expectations. When stress begins affecting your confidence, relationships, or sense of peace, it can be difficult to know where to turn. My primary areas of focus include stress, relationship issues, identity concerns, trauma, and family challenges. I work with individuals who are ready to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way. My goal is to provide a compassionate, culturally responsive space where you feel heard without judgment, supported through life's challenges, and empowered to create lasting, positive change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a partnership where you can openly explore your experiences while developing practical skills to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. Together we'll build on your strengths, better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and create realistic strategies that support long term healing and emotional wellbeing. My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence based approach that can help process difficult experiences, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build healthier ways of coping. I commonly support clients experiencing stress, trauma, relationship concerns, family conflict, grief and loss, women's issues, identity concerns, and the emotional impact of major life transitions, always tailoring therapy to your individual goals and needs.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, supportive environment where you don't have to face life's challenges alone or pretend everything is okay. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and encouragement while helping you recognize your strengths, work through setbacks with self compassion, and celebrate meaningful progress along the way. Whether your goal is to heal from past experiences, strengthen your relationships, better manage stress, or gain greater confidence in yourself, my hope is that you leave each session feeling more empowered, more hopeful, and equipped with practical tools that continue supporting your growth long after therapy ends.
