Great to meet you!

Have you ever felt like you're the one everyone depends on, yet no one really sees how much you're carrying? Maybe you've been holding everything together while quietly struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or questions about who you are and where you're headed. You don't have to keep carrying that weight by yourself. I provide virtual therapy for adults throughout Texas, helping people navigate anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and identity concerns while also supporting family conflict, stress management, grief and loss, trauma, and women's issues that often become part of the same story. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood without judgment, and empowered to move toward the life you want to build.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change starts with understanding your story before trying to change it. Together, we'll explore the experiences, thoughts, emotions, and relationships that have shaped where you are today while building practical tools that support the future you want for yourself. You may have come to therapy because of anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or questions about your identity, only to realize those experiences are closely connected to family dynamics, ongoing stress, grief, trauma, or the expectations you've carried for years. Rather than focusing on each challenge separately, we'll explore how these experiences influence one another so we can create meaningful change that reflects your whole story, not just one part of it. My work is grounded in Cognitive Processing Therapy while drawing from evidence based approaches that help you understand how your thoughts influence your emotions and behaviors. Throughout our work together, we'll move at a pace that feels supportive while developing practical skills you can continue using.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to know exactly what to say or where to begin before your first appointment. During our first few sessions, we'll take time to understand what's bringing you to therapy, explore what you hope will be different, and create goals that feel meaningful to your life. As we continue working together, you'll have a space where you can ask difficult questions, process life's challenges honestly, and grow at a pace that feels right for you. I'll meet you with curiosity, consistency, and compassion while encouraging you to recognize your own strengths along the way. My hope is that you'll leave therapy feeling more confident in yourself, more connected to the life you want to create, and reminded that you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
