Great to meet you!

If you are looking for a therapist that values you as a person, your strengths, and your beliefs-look no further. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, ASD, trauma, grief, disordered eating, or stressful family relationships, therapy with me can be a place where you don’t have to perform, fix, or explain yourself — you can just be. I work with adults, teens, and caregivers who want to better understand themselves and create meaningful, sustainable change. Many of my clients struggle with internal and external challenges of being neurodivergent, relationship conflict, chronic emotional dysregulation, or the lingering effects of trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strength based and collaborative. I believe healing happens in safe, attuned connection. I integrate somatic, skill building, cognitive, and solution focused approaches with up to date neuroscience to help you better understand yourself and others. I offer individual, group, and family sessions. I also offer diagnostic assessments, testing, and accommodation letter assistance for school or work.

What you can expect from me

Together, we can explore root causes and find solutions to things within your control, and work through processing things that were never your fault. Therapy with me is always focused on empowering you to believe in yourself. Reaching out can feel vulnerable. If you’re considering taking that step, I’d be honored to connect with you to see if I can help.
