Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe stability and peace begin with a strong foundation of mental and emotional well-being. I know seeking support can be one of the hardest steps, and I am glad you are starting here. I work with teens 14–18 and adults 19+ facing trauma, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to offer a compassionate space to explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

Exploring your past, present, and hopes for the future can all play an important role in therapy. I focus on creating a safe, steady space where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences, reflecting on your journey, and being open to gentle, respectful challenges that can foster meaningful, positive change. I am here to walk alongside you and support you in working toward what matters most.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will talk about what brought you to therapy and what your life could look like if you reached your personal goals. I strive to tailor our work to your needs so you can feel comfortable, take a breath, and begin making changes at your own pace. Together, we will identify clear goals and next steps that help you move toward a life that feels more stable and fulfilling.
