I specialize in a wide range of issues including depression/anxiety, coping with life transitions, communication in relationships, and parenting. I enjoy working with women, men, couples, and families with a myriad of challenges. If you’re experiencing challenges with managing your emotions, feeling stuck, dealing with past hurt, trauma, failures, shame, and guilt rejection, you are not alone! When old tools no longer work, we must learn new tools to help us grow and thrive!

My approach to therapy

I provide a supportive, culturally competent, judgment-free environment, specifically tailored to your individual needs. I incorporate a person-centered approach with interventions from, solution-focused brief therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. My clients love my down-to-earth personality which allows them to let their guard down, trust and share!
