Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Chelse, and I'm a relational therapist who believes healing happens in connection.

Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a space where you feel truly seen and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that our relationships—both with others and ourselves—are central to our well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I integrate Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Expressive Arts, and Play Therapy to meet your unique needs. Whether we’re using creative expression, building coping skills, or exploring patterns in relationships, therapy will be a space where you can gain insight and make meaningful changes.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—our work together will be tailored to what feels right for you. My goal is to create a safe, engaging, and supportive space where you can process emotions, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from our first session

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to feel comfortable from the start. Our first session is all about getting to know you—who you are, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to get out of our time together.

We'll spend time talking about your experiences, strengths, and any challenges you're facing. There’s no pressure to have all the answers—this is a space for exploration, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. I’ll also share more about my approach and answer any questions you might have.

Together, we’ll begin identifying goals for therapy, whether that’s managing stress, improving relationships, building coping skills, or just gaining more clarity and confidence in your life. Think of this first session as the foundation for the work we’ll do together—a place to feel heard, understood, and supported as we create a path forward.

If you’re ready to get started, I’d love to meet you and begin this journey together!
