Great to meet you!

Did you know melatonin may be more beneficial when taken 4–5 hours before bed rather than right at bedtime?

As a former Registered Dietitian, I can help you navigate evidence-based supplements and nutrition to support your mental health. Together, we'll identify potential nutritional gaps, discuss which supplements may actually be worth your money, and make sure they're used safely alongside your medications as part of a personalized treatment plan.

My approach to therapy

You’ve already taken the hardest step—reaching out. Now let’s make real progress. My approach is straightforward, honest, and focused on what actually works. I’ll give you clear answers, practical strategies, and guidance you can apply in your daily life. Change doesn’t come from waiting for motivation—it comes from consistency, structure, and the right support. I’m here to help you build that.

What you can expect from me

At the initial appointment, we’ll complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to better understand your symptoms, history, current functioning, and treatment goals. This includes reviewing mood, anxiety, attention, sleep, medical history, medications, and relevant life stressors. Together, we'll decide on a medication that fits your needs. I look forward to meeting you!
