Great to meet you!

I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. I’ve worked in both community health and private practice settings, treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring substance use. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, combining evidence-based medication management, supportive therapy, and practical skills to help clients feel balanced and hopeful. Most importantly, I want clients to know they don’t have to face challenges alone—we’ll work together to build strategies for both immediate relief and lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe care works best when it feels supportive and personal. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way of your balance and well-being, then build a plan that fits your life. I use a mix of therapy, practical skills, and—when helpful—medication, with a focus on anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and stress. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and hopeful about the changes ahead.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend about an hour getting to know your story, including your current concerns, personal history, and goals for care. This helps me understand the bigger picture so I can provide thoughtful recommendations for diagnosis and treatment. Together, we’ll discuss whether medication, therapy, or a combination of both might be most supportive for you. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and confident about the next steps in your care.
