Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Chelsea. I attended my undergraduate at Southeast Missouri State University where i received my degree in Social Science. I then pursued my Masters Degree online at Walden University. I have a thorough history of working with clients since 2019. I enjoy working with client's who are stressed and overwhelmed and struggling to manage day to day life. I hope to be able to bring some time of peace back into one's life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to empower my client's to see their own strengths and to build upon that. I like to teach appropriate coping skills that client's can take with them and continue to use throughout their lives.

What you can expect from our first session

I like for clients to be able to find a sense of peace in their day to day life and feel that any MH symptoms experienced they are able to manage confidently.
