Great to meet you!

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Utah State University. I went on to receive my Masters Degree in Social Work from The University of Utah with an emphasis in Child Welfare. I have experience working with people of all ages, life circumstances, and cultures. Some of my memorable work experience has been working with adolescent girls in residential treatment centers and children in foster care. I have received training in EMDR, DBT, CBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT.

My approach to therapy

I believes everyone has the ability within them to heal and building a secure attachment is an essential component of that process. My favorite part of the therapeutic process is watching clients love and own their stories. "Because true belonging only happens when we present our authentic, imperfect selves to the world, our sense of belonging can never be greater than our level of self-acceptance." -Brene Brown

What you can expect from me

I hope clients develop self-compassion for themselves, develop healthy attachment, and are able to process through past traumas.
