There’s a known connection between how fulfilling a person’s relationships are, the view of oneself and their overall quality of life. We often suffer when our relationships are in turmoil; but in contrast we can thrive as our relationships progress. I enjoy helping individuals focus on improving their lives and their most impacted relationships by helping them identify new ways to manage these connections.

My focus is working with those who experience depression and anxiety associated with their relationships and trauma. Trauma may be difficult to talk about. I desire to work with those who want to focus on managing their emotions and trauma's impact on their relationships before psychotherapy; exclusively addressing the events of their traumatic experience.

As we work together, with whatever symptoms that may be ailing you, know that you will always be the most important person in the therapy room. I look forward to meeting you and helping you get closer to the goals that improve your quality of life.
