Great to meet you!

Having navigated my own mental health challenges, I understand how difficult it can be to take that first step and ask for help. It’s not easy—but it can be life-changing. Reaching out made a profound, positive impact on my own journey, and I truly believe that support can do the same for others. If you’re struggling, I encourage you to seek the help you need—you don’t have to face it alone.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have extensive experience supporting individuals who have faced past abuse and trauma, as well as those navigating challenges related to addiction, depression, and anxiety. Many of my clients initially present with difficulties in emotional regulation, a diminished sense of purpose or joy, limited support systems, and patterns of relapse. Together, we work toward goals such as reducing anxiety through self-soothing techniques, enhancing communication skills, establishing healthy boundaries, and building more structured, supportive daily routines.

What you can expect from our first session

As your therapist, my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore the challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns and collaborate on meaningful goals tailored to your needs. Throughout our work, I’ll support your progress by regularly reflecting on the areas where you're gaining independence and autonomy as well as those areas that may need continued attention and care.
