Great to meet you!

When I began seeing a therapist, I realized just how much I needed an outlet to process hardships in my life and to feel genuinely heard, and this is exactly what I want to provide to clients who come to see me. As I have advanced in my own self-discovery and identity exploration, I have become interested in helping others in the LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent (specifically autism and ADHD), and disability communities on their own journeys. I believe that having lived experience related to my specialties is a fundamental component to the care I can provide.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is helping guide you to bountiful self-compassion and understanding, exploring boundaries, and discovering your own passions. Of course, we can't do this without also talking about the way our society impacts mental health. In particular, the detrimental effects of ablism, racism, homophobia, and other forms of prejudice.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide you a safe space and be a guiding force as you move from surviving to thriving. When shame is present, we will explore what social or familial messages may be behind this and help you reconnect with your inherent worth and value.
