Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel both hopeful and uncertain, whether you’re navigating a major life transition, adjusting to parenthood, or just feeling “off” without knowing exactly why. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, self-doubt, overwhelm, or relational patterns they’re ready to understand and shift. I especially enjoy supporting new and expecting parents as they move through the emotional changes and identity shifts that often come with growing a family.

I also have over a decade of experience in hospital and emergency settings, where I supported individuals through some of their most difficult moments. That additional background gave me a deep respect for resilience and nuance, but today, my focus is on helping high-functioning adults find clarity, build confidence, and reconnect with themselves.

I show up with warmth, directness, and curiosity. I try to be active in sessions—not just listening, but helping you name patterns, ask better questions, and make intentional changes. I believe the therapeutic relationship works best when it’s collaborative and grounded in mutual respect.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and responsive to your goals. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems work to help you explore what’s working in your life—and what isn’t. I also believe in creating space for conversations around boundaries, self-worth, and the stories we’ve carried about ourselves and our relationships.

What you can expect from our first session

I don’t believe in miracle fixes on day one, but change begins when we both show up—vulnerable, honest, and ready to engage. In our first session, I’ll listen closely to your story, clarify what you’re hoping for, and begin building a space where you feel supported, seen, and empowered.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded and intentional in your life. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, identity shifts, burnout, or relationship patterns that no longer serve you, we’ll work together to move from feeling stuck to gaining clarity and momentum. This is a space for reflection and validation, but also one where meaningful change can take root.
