Great to meet you!

With five years of clinical experience, I’ve come to see therapy as a collaborative process of building safety, understanding, and real, lasting change. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy—approaches that allow me to help clients not only shift unhelpful thought and behavior patterns but also gently process and resolve traumatic memories at their source. While I do have experience with family therapy and couples therapy, my primary work is in individual therapy. I focus on supporting adults and children as they move beyond the grip of past trauma and toward greater control over their present lives. My goal is to help you modify the behaviors that no longer serve you, heal the wounds that have kept you stuck, and build a future that feels genuinely your own.

My approach to therapy

In my work, I integrate an attachment theory lens to understand how early relational patterns shape your responses to trauma and current behaviors. By exploring how past attachments influence your sense of safety, trust, and self-worth, we create space to heal old relational wounds and build more secure ways of relating to yourself and others. Alongside this, I weave in principles of somatic therapy to help you reconnect with your body as a source of information and regulation. This combined approach allows trauma to be processed not only through understanding but through the body’s innate capacity to restore calm and balance.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, I strive to create an environment that is not only nonjudgmental, but a space where your thoughts and emotions can unfold without fear of criticism or shame. I see each session as an opportunity for you to bring your full, unfiltered self, knowing that whatever arises will be met with curiosity, respect, and compassion. At the same time, I aim to be a stable rock in the stressful current of life—calm, steady, and unwavering when you feel tossed around by anxiety, self-doubt, or old patterns. Together, we’ll work to replace chaos with clarity, instability with resilience, and self-judgment with self-trust, so you can find lasting stability even in life’s roughest waters.
