Great to meet you!

My name is Chelsea, and I am passionate about helping individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered through life’s challenges. I strive to create a safe and compassionate space where clients can process emotions, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of coping. My experience includes supporting individuals navigating anxiety, chronic stress, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. I believe healing happens through connection, authenticity, and learning to extend grace to yourself throughout the process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, person-centered, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I value creating a nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. I often incorporate evidence-based strategies while also focusing on emotional awareness, self-compassion, and practical tools clients can use in everyday life. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, understood, and capable of creating meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a relaxed and supportive conversation focused on getting to know one another. We will discuss your current concerns, personal history, goals for therapy, and any questions you may have about the counseling process. There is no pressure to share everything immediately — the first session is about building comfort, trust, and understanding where you are emotionally. Together, we will begin identifying ways therapy can best support your growth and healing.
