Great to meet you!

I began my career in behavioral health working with children and families facing a wide range of challenges. Over time, that experience led me into leadership roles within a clinical setting. While I appreciated the opportunity to grow in those positions, I found myself missing the personal connection and fulfillment that comes from direct clinical work. That realization brought me back to working one-on-one with adults, and I’ve since rediscovered my passion for supporting individuals on their personal journeys. I’m now excited to continue this work and help people navigate whatever challenges they may be facing.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered approach to therapy, meaning I meet you exactly where you are in your life—without judgment—and work alongside you to support your healing journey. My sessions are grounded in trauma-informed care, ensuring a safe, respectful space where your experiences are honored and your voice is central to the process.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can openly process your emotions and experiences. I also understand that your time is valuable, so I aim to make each session meaningful, encouraging, and genuinely connected
