Great to meet you!

I offer experiential, holistic support that invites mind-body awareness, emotional resilience, and spiritual depth. Clients have the opportunity to partner with horses and the natural world for a one-of-a-kind therapeutic experience. I offer sessions online, in my Johnson City office, or at Fauna Forest Farm in Jonesborough (10 mins from ETSU campus).

My background as a professional artist and mindfulness meditation teacher informs my creative and grounded approach. My career has focused on helping people heal their relationships through attachment and trauma-informed modalities.

I believe that no one is beyond repair or without hope, and with support and re-connection to what matters most we can hold tight to a vision of wholeness and wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

As a trained Couples and Family Therapist, I see each client I work with as a unique individual who is also inherently connected to their relationships, their culture, & their environment. I am passionate about educating, advocating for, and creatively solving problems with clients to improve their wellbeing, build resilience, and improve their relationships.

My nature-based and equine-assisted sessions are optional for clients who want to explore their inner landscapes with help from the more-than-human world.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to meet a real human when they meet me. I work in ways that are open-minded and accepting, while I may gently challenge clients to consider new perspectives. I will do my best to learn about your personal and relational history, listen to your present struggles, and stay focused on your vision of a better future.
