Great to meet you!

Being a teen or young adult isn't always easy. Between school, friendships, family life, relationships and figuring out who you are, it can feel like a lot. You don't have to go through it alone. I provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can be yourself while we work together to manage anxiety, depression, stress, and life's challenges. Every session is tailored to your unique experiences, strengths and goals because no two journeys are the same. If this is your first time in therapy, you're exactly in the right place.

My approach to therapy

Growing up and navigating young adulthood can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, school, college pressures, family conflict, friendships, self-esteem or major life changes, therapy can be a place where you don't have to figure it all out alone.

My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you manage life's challenges with greater confidence. I believe that everyone has the ability to grow and heal, and I'm here to help you discover what that looks life for you.

I view therapy as a partnership. We will work at a pace that feels comfortable while focusing on the goals that matter most to you. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while teaching practical coping skills you can use in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a warm, relaxed conversation. I will take the time to get to know you, learn what brought you to therapy, and begin to understand your goals. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready for. Together, we will create a path forward that feels supportive, and right for you.
