Great to meet you!

The pathway to healing and finding your center doesn’t have to be a straight line; and often isn’t. I have been in the Chicagoland area postgraduate school since 2015. Much like most people’s life journey’s, my work experience has also been one of many turns in getting me to where I belong and teaching me along the way. My working experience has been with various age ranges and providing support in loss, grief, bereavement and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach comes from a unique, humanistic and grounded perspective where you are in the driver’s seat of getting to where you want to go. Every person deserves a chance to work through life’s mess and lead a more satisfying reality where they find happiness. I have come to appreciate the power in the vulnerability it takes to acknowledge and discuss the real, the raw, and difficult that is often undiscovered or hidden in the shadows for people in becoming their best self.

What you can expect from me

I am driven to helping others feel safe and supported while embracing your best authentic self in the process.
