Great to meet you!

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner offering telehealth care for adolescents and adults across a wide spectrum of behavioral health needs, including substance use disorders, detox and recovery support, inpatient-to-outpatient transitions, forensic psychiatry populations, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and geriatric psychiatry.

Experienced working with both acute psychiatric presentations and long-term outpatient management, all across our country, which allows me to support patients who are stepping down from higher levels of care as well as those seeking stability and clarity in ongoing treatment.

Clinical approach is trauma-informed, structured, and highly collaborative, with a focus on creating a space where patients feel comfortable being honest early in care, which is often where the most important clinical information emerges.

Patients frequently describe sessions as relaxed and non-intimidating, which helps reduce the sense of “being evaluated” and supports more accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. At the same time, a clear focus on accountability, progress, and practical outcomes is maintained.

My approach to therapy

You will be supported, and also held accountable because meaningful change is within you. We are collaborators in your care. Teammates, not coach and player.

Approach is collaborative, honest, and focused on what actually matters to you in treatment.

We will focus on insight and action, understanding what's happening while building custom treatment plans towards improvement that sticks.

What you can expect from me

In our first appointment we will discuss what made you seek care, and what we what to change/build/improve. There is no expectation to have it all clearly defined, we will start where you are.

We will discuss relevant history, what has and hasn't helped so far. We will collaborate on planning how to help you thrive and understand your symptoms.

By the end of our chat, you can expect a clearer understanding of what is happening, our options, and clear actionable steps between our visits to keep you thriving.
