Great to meet you!

What began as a deep curiosity about why people think, feel, and behave the way they do has grown into a meaningful commitment to understanding our human experience. I've learned that while we can move through life independently, the journey often becomes even richer when we allow others to walk beside us. There’s a quiet strength in lifting one another, and that truth sits at the core of my practice. After earning my master’s degree , I gained invaluable experience supporting clients through the moments that shape them, helping them deepen their insight, understand the patterns that hold them back, and build tools that support meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on helping you work towards feeling empowered to want to do better for yourself and feeling confident in your ability to do so. I make it a priority to create a safe space for us to talk through the barriers you are facing in getting to the ideal place you envision yourself to be.

My style is collaborative and reflective which means it's a core part of my approach to ask thoughtful questions that help you explore your experiences more deeply and gain meaningful insight.

What you can expect from me

On top of creating a nonjudgmental space that invites authentic self-expression, I encourage collaboration in identifying the tools and skills essential in your journey forward from surviving to thriving. I love to ask questions to encourage more in-depth processing and reflecting, so expect to walk away with deeper insight and clarity as well. Therapy is not only just for discussing difficulties, but it is also for us to celebrate your progress, no matter how big or small!

The availability listed above reflects consultation times I can consistently offer; however, it is not limited to those times. If you would like to request a consultation outside of the listed availability, feel free to reach out via email ([email protected]) and we can explore alternative options.
