Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist in Wyoming with a genuine belief that most people are doing their absolute best with what they have. I work with late teens through adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the particular kind of exhaustion that comes with raising young children or getting through a stretch of life that feels harder than it should. I am a mom of two little ones myself, which means when you tell me you are running on empty but still showing up for everyone else, I actually understand what that feels like. I built my practice around evening hours because that is when real life happens. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Wyoming and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wyoming.

My approach to therapy

I use CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems, which means we have actual tools to work with, not just talking. I follow your lead on pace and direction, and I bring structure when it helps. My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that you already have more capacity than you are giving yourself credit for. We will identify what is getting in the way and build on what is already working.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly about me understanding your situation and you getting a feel for whether this is the right fit. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We will talk about what brought you here, what you have already tried, and what a good outcome looks like for you. Most people leave the first session feeling like they have a direction, even if nothing is solved yet. Sessions are 50 minutes via video through Headway. I offer evening appointments, typically between 3pm and 8pm weekdays, which works well for working parents and anyone who needs flexibility after the school or work day.
