I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I also have an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from Florida International University. I work in the public school system as a school psychologist and see private practice clients in-person in my office located in Downtown St. Pete. I serve youth and young adults aged 11-35 in individual counseling. However, I also provide Accelerated Resolution Therapy to clients ages 16 and up virtually or in-person!
I enjoy getting to know my clients and how they see the world. We work together to get you to a place of contentment with your life so. I want you to feel like you can tell me anything.
You can expect to learn and grow as a person in your sessions with me. With children and adolescents, I work with the parents/guardians to figure out what's not working and possible solutions for what could work. With young adults we will have goals and review them periodically throughout treatment.
