Great to meet you!

Just like my clients, I am a person/clinician, with many layers. Starting my career from the basis of a counseling degree rooted in trauma, I've worked with a spectrum of disorders over the past 7 years of my career. If you decide to make the empowered choice to step into this safe, space you'll be met with my humor, certified treatment in ADHD/ADD, use of dialectical behavior therapy & other modalities, and care for borderline personality disorders, women's issues, and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

My primary focus is on a person-centered approach that helps people to feel that their authentic selves are always accepted and safe within the walls of my therapeutic care. I am a very humorous, yet solution-focused person/clinician that believes that there is a way to live this life not alone, and not in fear of all the obstacles we face as people.

What you can expect from me

Every session that I hold with a client, I like to check in with them to see that they are receiving the care that they are looking for. I expect my clients to walk away from our sessions with a sense of supportiveness and encouragement. My number one focus is making sure that my clients feel safe, supported, and accomplished in every small step that they take.
