Great to meet you!

I’ve worked with children, teens, and families in both school and community mental health settings, supporting a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. My experience includes helping young people navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, peer relationships, trauma, and everyday stressors that can feel overwhelming.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I bring a warm, down-to-earth style. I focus on building strong, trusting relationships—because I believe meaningful progress starts with feeling safe and understood. I take a client-centered approach, meeting each child where they are and involving parents as essential partners in the process. Together, we’ll create a space where your child feels empowered, supported, and equipped with tools to grow emotionally and socially.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where your child can feel comfortable being themselves. I focus on creating a calm, consistent space where trust is built gradually—through authenticity, empathy, and genuine connection.

Clients often walk away from sessions feeling more understood, more in control of their emotions, and more confident in who they are. My goal is to help children and adolescents develop practical tools for emotional regulation, problem-solving, and communication, while also supporting parents in understanding and responding to their child’s unique needs.

Whether we’re working through big emotions, social challenges, or building coping skills, I tailor each session to the child’s developmental level, strengths, and goals. Ultimately, I aim to help families feel more connected, empowered, and hopeful about the road ahead.
