Great to meet you!

I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2015. I have worked in various mental health setting from clinics to hospital to treatment centers. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, men's issues, addiction, trauma, as well as LGBTQ issues.

My approach to therapy

In my therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. Focusing on a CBT model, I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. My approach is also practical and goal-oriented. You will be immediately applying new tools to help you achieve the goals you set for therapy.

Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support.
