Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and a background in emergency medicine, urgent care, psychiatric care, and substance use treatment. I've cared for patients across a variety of settings, including forensic psychiatry, inpatient behavioral health, and outpatient mental health clinics. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, mood disorders, and co-occurring substance use concerns, providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual's needs.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best care starts with listening. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and centered around your unique goals and experiences. I combine evidence-based medication management with education, supportive counseling, and practical strategies to help you better understand your symptoms and make informed decisions about your treatment. My focus is on building a trusting relationship where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a conversation focused on understanding you as a whole person, not just your symptoms. We'll discuss your mental health history, current concerns, medical background, previous treatments, and what you hope to achieve through care. Together, we'll create an individualized treatment plan, review any medication options if appropriate, answer your questions, and establish clear next steps so you leave with confidence and a path forward.
