Great to meet you!

Waitlist for new clients. Clients often come to me because they have relational challenges that have them feeling stuck and overwhelmed. Whether navigating the complexities of non-monogamy, figuring out relationships in the context of your sexual or gender identity, working through relational traumas, or trying to achieve more sexual fulfillment, you deserve a therapist who is competent and respectful and who will partner with you in your work to be a happier human. That is what I strive to do.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm a sex positive and secular therapist who believes in the healing power of relationships. I have my Bachelor and Masters Degree in Social Work. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and honest. I work with individuals, couples, dyads and polycules, blending methods like IFS, Imago, and behavior therapy to tailor an approach that considers the unique strengths and challenges of each client. As a proud member of both communities, I am most passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ and/or polyamorous individuals.

What you can expect from our first session

It's totally normal to feel nervous or unsure about reaching out to a therapist. I strive to listen with openness, respond with genuineness, and meet you where you're at. If I don't think I am the best fit, I will tell you that and help you find someone who is. I welcome you to reach out and ask questions. I look forward to getting to know all parts of you!
