Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy because something in their relationships isn’t working—conflict that keeps repeating, difficulty feeling close, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or others. Beneath these patterns, there is often something deeper: old wounds, protective strategies, and unmet longings that continue to shape how we show up in the present.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship. Together, we explore not just what is happening in your life, but how you are relating to yourself, to others, and within the therapy relationship itself. I help clients develop awareness of the patterns and protective parts that keep them stuck, while creating space to reconnect with more vulnerable, authentic aspects of themselves.

This is an active, experiential process. Rather than focusing only on symptom reduction or short-term problem solving, we slow things down and begin to explore your emotional responses in real time—gently experimenting with new ways of relating and making different choices in moments that matter. Over time, this work supports more intentional, connected, and fulfilling relationships.

What you can expect from me

Many of the people I work with are drawn to deeper, reflective work. They are interested in understanding themselves on a meaningful level—exploring attachment patterns, inner child and reparenting dynamics, and the ways past experiences continue to live in the present.

While I can support a range of concerns, my approach is best suited for those who are open to this kind of depth-oriented, relational work. If you are primarily looking for structured tools, symptom management, or short-term, solution-focused support, a different approach may be a better fit.

If you’re wanting to better understand yourself, shift longstanding patterns, and build more authentic relationships with yourself and with others, this work may resonate with you.
