Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and asking for support is not always easy. I believe everyone deserves a place where they feel safe, welcomed, and accepted just as they are. My hope is to create a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and know that you do not have to carry life's challenges on your own.

Working with children and teens, especially those who have experienced trauma, is where my heart is. There is something incredibly meaningful about helping young people make sense of their experiences, recognize their strengths, and discover hope for the future. Watching them grow in confidence and resilience is one of the greatest joys of my work.

I also truly enjoy working with adults, especially women, as they navigate life's many seasons. Whether you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, grieving, healing from trauma, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and care. I believe therapy is not about fixing who you are. It is about creating space to heal, grow, and reconnect with the strengths that have always been within you.

Every person who walks through my door has a unique story, and I consider it a privilege to be trusted with yours. My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. Together, we will create a path that feels right for you, celebrating your progress, working through challenges, and moving toward the life you hope to build.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, I would be honored to welcome you into my practice and walk with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when my clients feel safe, understood, and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, meeting each person where they are while building on their unique strengths. I specialize in working with children, teens, and women navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and person-centered therapy, I tailor treatment to the unique needs and goals of you or your child.

Together, we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable, creating a supportive space to process difficult experiences, develop healthy coping skills, and foster lasting healing, resilience, and hope.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship, and create a safe, welcoming space where you or your child feels comfortable sharing your story. We'll talk about what brought you or your child to therapy, discuss your goals, and explore the support that will be most helpful moving forward.

My goal is for you or your child to feel heard, understood, and supported from the very beginning. Together, we'll create a personalized path toward healing, growth, and lasting well-being. You can expect a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where you or your child can move through the therapeutic process at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you.
