Hey there! I'm glad you're taking the time and effort to pour back into yourself. When life gets overwhelming, we sometimes turn to self neglect instead of self love and empowerment. I'm here to help! As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I work with both couples and individuals addressing an array of presenting issues including general mental health concerns, family of origin wounds, attachment, communication and substance abuse.

My approach as a therapist, stems from strengths-based and family systems models which means I strive to honor a client's full self, identifying strengths and learning new skills during the healing process.
