Great to meet you!

I have been studying and practicing the art of therapy for over a decade, and got my Masters in Psychology with an emphasis in somatic psychology from John F. Kennedy University. My rich life experiences of living in different countries throughout the world as well as learning to heal from my own childhood trauma greatly informs the work I do as a culturally sensitive and passionate therapist who believes in the transformative effect a safe healing container can have on a life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a non directive, nonjudgmental and encouraging approach to therapy where I aid human natures' innate curiosity and desire for personal freedom. I consider therapy to be a time each week where an individual is choosing to celebrate and revere their life through mustering the courage it takes to really look at oneself within the presence of a safe and loving relational container.

What you can expect from our first session

Through a holistic understanding of human nature strongly rooted in attachment science, clients will learn to gain insight into their destructive patterns and develop more of an adaptive rather than constrictive narrative of who they are and what they are capable of. By learning to provide oneself with care, my clients will feel more capable of trusting themselves, and will allow that trust to foster positive and healthy relationships in their lives.
