Great to meet you!

I believe deeply in the healing that becomes possible when someone feels truly safe, seen, and supported. Since 2018, I’ve dedicated myself to creating that kind of space for clients, guided by curiosity, compassion, and respect for the complexities of being human.

My clinical specialties include helping people navigate anxiety, OCD, trauma, and the challenges of chronic illness. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), am currently completing training in Brainspotting, and integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic and experiential approaches, and attachment-based principles into my work.

Over the course of my career, I’ve supported clients in private practice, on college campuses, in community mental health and crisis centers, and with foster youth and families. These diverse experiences allow me to bring both flexibility and depth to my work, while staying grounded in what matters most: helping you find stability, connection, and a sense of home within yourself.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as both a place for insight and a space for real, in-the-moment healing. While talking and reflecting together can be powerful, lasting change often happens through direct experience. That’s why I incorporate approaches like Brainspotting, which helps you process trauma in real time, allowing your body and nervous system to release what words alone can’t reach.

Alongside this, I draw from evidence-based methods such as Exposure and Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and attachment-based and somatic approaches. This means that sometimes we’ll work on developing new perspectives and strategies, and other times we’ll slow down and gently process what has felt overwhelming or stuck.

My goal is to create a balance between understanding your story, directly experiencing healing in the moment, and finding ways to integrate that growth into your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you'll be welcomed as you are. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore what you’d like to work toward, and begin setting goals together. My focus is on creating a safe, collaborative space that moves at your pace and lays the foundation for meaningful change.
