Great to meet you!

My mission is to help clients untangle themselves from the complex webs of life that have spun around them, leaving them feeling helpless and stuck.

I enjoy supporting young adult and middle-aged women who have experienced:

  • Chronic Shame and Imposter Syndrome
  • Workplace Dissatisfaction and Burnout
  • Childhood and/or Adulthood Sexual Trauma
  • Race-based Workplace Stressors
  • Social Phobia and Generalized Anxiety
  • People-pleasing and Boundary Issues

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm driven by a passion for accompanying clients in their quests to recover from life’s plot twists and turbulence. Person-centered therapy is the heart, soul, and backbone of my work with clients. I specialize in using EMDR Therapy to promote profound healing and transformation. I also apply cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness techniques to enhance relief, reframing, and hope. For anyone seeking empathy, understanding, and acceptance, I'm here to support you.

What you can expect from our first session

As your soon-to-be therapist, I'm committed to crafting a nonjudgmental and restorative environment that will empower you to extract the maximum benefit from our sessions. During sessions, you can expect to encounter ingredients that foster a worthwhile therapeutic experience. Together, we'll journey through rough terrain at your preferred pace and navigate unexpected detours.
