I offer an integrative, evidence-based approach using CBT, DBT, EMDR, CPT, and strengths-based therapy to help you better understand yourself, build effective coping skills, and process past experiences safely. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where we focus on practical tools, emotional insight, and meaningful, lasting change.

We’ll talk about your goals, history, and what you’re hoping to change, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
